Hi and thanks for the info.
It’s sorry to hear that… and Susanna also announced to retire? … damn.
Hope Kiira (and Laura) continue their career without serious physical problems.
    Take care, Kiira.

I think it depends on a lack of motivation..strange at 18 years old..she is very very talented.

  • takashi

Yeah, and it maybe caused by injury of ligaments, right?
We all have to know that figure skating is not only a kind of sophisticated, fantastic art but also a hard, risky sport…

  • Anna

Oh, I’m so disappointed! She was so talented and she could have been really big name in few years… Finland has three spots to EC 2011, who’ll be the 3rd skater (if Laura and Kiira stay healthy)?! There are some talented juniors (Shrestha, Mikonsaari, Papp) but not good enough to high results in EC yet. Maybe in couple of years…

  • Gianluca

Yes..broken ankle legament….it happened one year and four months ago about…
But..some months after the injury,Jenni herself said that she lost any motivation to skate and keep on

I saw Shresta in Tampere during junior finnish champs…3-4 january 2009..she is very skill and good..but now in Finland there are only Kiira and Laura,,,
