Next October 7-8th, the Arena of Verona will be theatre of the show “An amazing day”, third edition of “Intimissimi on Ice”, an event where fashion, skating and music meet.
Set between reality and dream,this show tells about an amazing journey of 24 hours of two main characters, Bel and Hero; a dance who will carry us from daybreak until a romantic sunset, an exciting day within old walls of Verona.
After an invitation to a mysterious costume ball by an eccentric and magical character, Bel and Hero will face many surprises through fantastic and enchanted worlds. Paintful people will bring them along their journey, separating and gathering at the end of last act: a romantic dancefloor and a starry sky will be the perfect background for a surprising final.
Kiira will perform as Bel, while Stephane Lambiel will be Hero, as in previous editions.
Furthermore, there will be Evgeni Plushenko and Carolina Kostner, which will be reserved an important role in the show.
Costumes of this year will be curated by italian designer Milena Canonero, four Oscar Awards to Better Costumes for movies like “Barry Lindon” by Stanley Kubrick and “Maria Antonietta” by Sofia Coppola; Stufish Entertainment Architects will take care about stage and set design, they already worked in opening and closing Olympic Ceremonies of Beijing 2008 and Asian Games 2010, and managed Rolling Stones, U2, Madonna, Lady Gaga and Queen concerts.
Kim Gavin is the new director: Take That concerts among his past jobs. Choreography by Nathan Clarke, music by John Metcalfe.
Special guest will be Andrea Bocelli, world famous italian tenor.
