[Worlds 2010] Kiira Korpi's Short Program

Kiira fell the first jump and got 51.72 points from her Short Program and placed on 8th place. Before the last group of 6 skaters she is 11th.

[Vancouver 2010] Kiira Korpi was 11th overall

Kiira skated well in the Free Skating and got her all time best score of 108.61 and finished 11th in final standings.

In an interview afterwards, she also said (again) that she is going to continue to at least the next Olympics at Sochi, Russia in 2014.

[Vancouver 2010] Kiira Korpi got 52.96 pt for SP

Kiira Korpi fell the first element, triple lutz combo and got 52.96 points for her short program.
After 20 skaters, Kiira is now 7th place. Kiira is 17th place after SP.

[Vancouver 2010] Short Program starting order

Euros 2010 Kiira was 4th overall

Ladies free skating of Euros 2010 was over.
Kiira Korpi fell and had couple of other mistakes. Got 99.42 points for FS and fell down to fourth in final standings. Only 0.86 points from third.

Kiira will go to Vancouver with her Finnish team mate Laura Lepistö.

Euros 2010 Kiira is 2nd after SP

Kiira Korpi is in 2nd after SP with her personal best score 64.26 at the European Championships 2010 in Tallin.

Nationals 2010: Silver!

Kiira was first today at the free skating with a score of 106,35. Laura did also a good free skate with almost the same score of 106,24 and because of yesterday Kiira finished second.

Nationals 2010: Short Program

Kiira skated her Short Program after Laura and Susanna, and got 52.93 points which leaves her at second place at this point. Laura got 61.55 points and is leading now, and Susanna is third with 48.85 points. Kiira fell one jump and had couple of deductions.
